talent management technology announced announced that it has joined
Career Junction’s Online Recruitment Partner Program.
The enhanced relationship with
Career Junction will allow HRsmart to integrate key Career Junction accessibility into its
applicant tracking system (
eRecruitment system) which will lead to increased recruiter productivity, more precise talent sourcing and a higher percentage of completed candidate applications.
HRsmart now offers integration (
cross posting) with Career Junction’s industry-leading core recruitment products and services to new and existing clients.
This new alliance will allow clients the ability to take advantage of real-time job posting and the Career Junction CV apply from within their HRsmart applicant tracking system (e-Recruitment).
Real Time Job Posting.
When a recruiter posts a job ad through their
applicant tracking system, not only will it be viewable on their own corporate website, but if selected, will also be viewable on Career Junction.co.za within minutes—minimizing the time required for recruiters to post jobs to Career Junction and enable near-time processing of job opportunities.
This added feature gives recruiters the ability cross post their job ads to Career Junction and to manage the response to these jobs without having to leave their applicant tracking system (
eRecruitment system).
Career Junction CV Apply.
When a job seeker applies for a job on Career Junction posted from the HRsmart ATS (the client’s ATS application), their Career Junction CV will automatically be pulled into the client’s
HRsmart Applicant Tracking System (
e-Recruitment System) and added as an application to that job.
This feature will save time for job applicants and enable recruiters to use the advanced screening and candidate management and tracking tools in the HRsmart ATS to communicate and manage applicants through the hiring process. Not only does this Career Junction CV Apply feature save the job seeker and recruiter time, but it helps the recruiter increase talent sourcing efficiency and effectiveness, as well as build their talent pool.
The advanced applicant tracking tools in the HRsmart Applicant Tracking System then take over the management of this talent.
Cross Posting Reporting & Analysis.
HRsmart’s Applicant Tracking System allows recruiters to pull and analyse various
cross posting reports from within the HRsmart ATS (e-Recruitment system).
This feature allows recruiters to monitor and track job posting history, job ad views and CV application stats from various job boards (career websites) like Career Junction.
Cross posting reports enable the analysis of recruiter effectiveness and the sourcing capabilities/candidate reach and effectiveness of various job board channels.
These reporting tools enable truly strategic talent sourcing capabilities.
