Each piece is designed to be exchanged without interrupting the operations of the site. Multiple web servers ensure continuous Internet presence. Redundant hard drives ensure data will never be lost, UPS and redundant power supplies mean servers will not be down due to loss of power.
Our strict backup process guarantees you never lose any data
Data is backed up daily and stored off site. A secondary web site location, in a different city, is planned as a back up site in the event of a catastrophe at our main site location. If a catastrophic event were to take place destroying the main location, the service will be back on-line within hours operating from the back up site.
Security
Security on the Internet is insured, by the use of IBM's firewall system software. Secured individual files are authenticated with User ID and Password via SSL authentication methods. Every step is taken to ensure your data remains your data.
