Ricardo Dallalana is an entrepreneur and experienced corporate executive and consultant, with 17 years experience in corporations from many different segments, providing leadership, building management teams and leading organizations to adequate profit results.
Dallalana co-founded HRsmart Brazil in 2001 and, since foundation, has been responsible for setting the management team, operations, sales and P/L.
As a consultant, Dallalana's hands-on experience in setting up profitable operations lead him to take part in the advisory committees of many companies in Brazil, always focusing turn-around of these companies and making them profitable.
As a corporate executive prior to Dallalana's entrepreneurial career. He was a consultant at Detecon Consulting GmbH, Director of Regulatory Affairs at Vesper Telco (a Bell Canada, Velocom and Qualcomm Joint Venture), Technology Manager of Directel International — a paging company with operations in Brazil and Argentina, Carrier Air Conditioning and Otis Elevators — both from UTC.
Dallalana holds an Executive MBA degree from Sao Paulo University and BS Electrical Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering both from Faculdade de Engenharia Industrial in Sao Paulo, Brazil. |
