Kevin Alborough is an established corporate executive, entrepreneur and seasoned HR professional with 30 years business experience in numerous industries throughout South Africa.
Alborough co-founded Human Alliance in Cape Town, South Africa in 2001 as a broad based human resources group offering Clients operating throughout Sub-Saharan Africa integrated people management services that span the full spectrum of the employment life cycle.
During 2003, Alborough co-founded Human Alliance Talent, a recruitment firm operating in Cape Town and in 2005, co-founded Bio Careers, a public career board focused on the life sciences industry in South Africa.
In order to introduce HRsmart's advanced and innovative talent management suite to South Africa, Alborough founded HRsmart South Africa in 2006.
As a corporate executive, Alborough was the Group Human Resources Director of Plessey South Africa, at one time part of a major British multi-national electronics group and one of the largest telecommunication firms in South Africa.
Alborough received his B.Soc.Sc from the University of Natal in Durban and his post-graduate diploma in Labour Law from the University of Cape Town in Cape Town.
