Giath Hamdan serves as president of HRsmart Canada, Inc. Prior to joining HRsmart, Hamdan held various financial management positions including controller for Famous Players Media and Accounting Manager at VTR Video Inc, a subsidiary of Standard Broadcasting Corporation.
In addition, Hamdan has extensive experience in the energy sector and the international market having worked for Kralupy refinery in the Czech Republic.
He has a B.S. in chemical Engineering, M.S. in Petrochemical Engineering and a Certificate in Accounting.
Hamdan’s hobbies include reading, IT issues and community events. He is very involved in community affairs and sits on the board of a few charitable organizations.
Hamdan is married to Rola Hamdan and has three children, Darina (24 years old), Marcel (22 years old) and Deema (2 months old). |
