Chris Buckley

Chris Buckley has a background in General Management. Prior to founding REAL people he ran an automotive components manufacturing company with an international customer base servicing the commercial vehicles and train carriage sectors, prior to that he ran a fabrication company servicing the industrial products market. His experience of the "sharp end" of the recruitment and people management process was a key factor in founding REAL people and has been instrumental in establishing the REAL people service offering — to provide real value to clients through understanding their business issues and helping address them through the recruitment process.
The early years at REAL people saw appointments as retained consultancy for a number of publicly quoted organisations. Buckley formed a number of strategic and ultimately successful partnerships and became the retained consultant for a number of highly acclaimed clients in the UK.
Buckley's experience since starting REAL people has been critical in developing an e-recruitment solution, ensuring that the offer meets the needs of the emerging market.
